I really love the fact that in the alpha timeline Dirk's family is fighting Jane's family, and Jane is the heir to our evil corporate tyrants. Anything where politics are in place and the Strider/Strilondes and Crockers are enemies will be fun!

People Stuck in Time Loop Get Married and then Time Loop Ends Unexpectedly - The specifics of how and why don't matter, it's a timeloop. Make it as SBURB as you want. They might need to figure out how to make their doomed timeline real, maybe. But they fail and fail and fail, all the while falling in love until they get married. May overlap with post-it wedding.
Everyone thought they were joking about getting married - But they weren't, they really weren't, and now they're sending out wedding invitations and choosing outfits and things are going smashingly. Apply crossdressing as desired. Give me funny crack and I'll eat it up!

When I was reading the epilogue, I couldn't help but think that "downtrodden son of the tyrant queen" and "the nephew she spoils absolutely rotten" would be an interesting match! I feel like if Jane had to pick a heir, it would absolutely be Harry. Especially if she could tie him into the family through marriage.
If you want to AU the incest component, that's fine. Maybe Harry is just the somewhat apolitical employee that Jane thinks has so much promise. I'm also fine with fem!Harry, but not fem!Tavros.
Getting Married to Avoid Otherwise-Likely Marriage to Unbearable Third Party - Jane wants Tavros to marry someone he doesn't want to. Whether Tavros is willing to speak up is up to the author, but either way Jane won't protest if he instead got married to, say, Harry.
Disastrous Wedding Ceremony Everyone Will Gossip About For Years - Maybe the wedding got crashed. Maybe Tavros broke into tears at the altar. Maybe Harry started talking up diatribes about the institution of marriage, or someone's clothes got ripped off, or something unfortunate happened with Jake. It's just... not a good wedding.

HK and Revan getting married would be fucking hilarious, especially since HK is a droid. Make it happen, fellas.
Getting Married to Extend Legal Rights/Protections to Partner - Revan wants to go somewhere "legally" but legally, she can only bring herself and her spouse, so she rule lawyers the hell out of it. Bonus if there's some planet where you can actually marry a droid, and so they're forced to acknowledge it.
I'm generally imagining this as while Revan is the Sith Lord, whether pre or post KOTOR, but if you want to set it during KOTOR, I think Manaan would be an ideal moment, particularly with all the bureaucracy. If any planet would make Revan marrying HK more convenient than filling outassassin protocol droid forms, it'd be this one.
I like the idea of Carth refusing to attend the wedding, just because someone has to boycott this mess. Or talking about boycotting it, only to reluctantly show up as a bridesmaid. For a ringer bearer (if applicable), either Zaalbaar or T3-M4 would be fun!
The conclusion of any quests besides the final one is up to you- I'm fine with either "Light" or "Dark" resolutions to them. I'd be happy to see an AU where the entirety of the KOTOR crew survived, even if it's just because Revan stunned them and locked them up.
If post-KOTOR2, The HK-50s or HK-51s showing up as HK's "family" would be hilarious. All of said HK units surviving the wedding is completely optional.

Agreed-Upon Ritual Bride Stealing Goes Awry - Gamora/Nebula stole the wrong bride. Whoops. Guess they gotta figure that out. I'm happy for it to be combined with "forgetting" to annul the marriage.
Always Married to Same Person When You Dream | Prophetic Dreams of Marrying Their Soulmate - Dreams have been weird for them. I imagine it's a dream that recurs rarely, but keeps popping up.
Choosing an Engagement Ring - Maybe they steal a ring, maybe they go on a big mission to get the money for it, maybe they craft it themselves.
DNW: Gamora having feelings for Quill. She can have curiosity about what she might have felt, in another timeline, but overall I don't want her interested in him.

For resurrection, I imagine Red would be So Damn Pissed if he was resurrected.
I'd like a happy ending, whether dark or not, or something bittersweet.
