I'd like it if Ray is leery about having sex with 707, but his devotion to MC overpowers any hesitations quickly.
Re: Naming MC, I'm fine with her being named, the text being written to keep her nameless, or her having a fake name of some kind with the real one being hidden. I suggest "Mary" as a name if one is chosen, since it's short, references religion, and starts with M (always an important factor.
Re: MC and Ray's relationship, I'd like it like his Bad End 1, where he is extremely dependent on her, lost his self esteem, and constantly does everything he can to please her, offering to change who he is or suffer anything she wants to do with him because he's terrified of abandonment. I'd also like if MC has a very strong attachment to Ray- she may taunt him about her leaving, leave a very strong master-servant dynamic between them, and hurt him physically and emotionally, but she does care about his physical health and she is nice to him, as a couple.
Re: Ray & Saeran, you can include Saeran or exclude him. Whether MC has no idea Saeran is even a personality in their body, or Saeran occasionally tries to spring to the surface, either is fine. I like the idea of Saeran functioning as the long-stifled, last remaining presence of their self-preservation instincts. I would like for MC to have a very strong bias for Ray in comparison to Saeran, but for her to be not scared of Saeran.

I’m opting in to incest for the requested characters in the ghost pairing and A/O pairing, as long as it’s not parent/child or grandparent/grandchild. Aunt/niece, cousins, (half-)sibling incest or twincest are all fine. Please no step siblings who aren’t related at all, though.

Being a Gargoyle is demanding, but being this particular Tremere's Gargoyle is even more so.
Betrayal - Victim Would Have Consented If Asked - These two have a really close relationship, but due to the Gargoyle being the Tremere's slave, the Tremere doesn't ask.
Magic - Virginity as a Spell Component - You can pick pretty much anything as the magic that they want to result from this, but because Virginity is needed a virgin Gargoyle gets picked and sent to and sent to supply the catalyst. If you want, the first life of the Gargoyle wasn't a virgin, but the Gargoyle doesn't remember that after being transformed, so it still counts.
Bargaining - Victim Offers/Sacrifices Self to Protect Others - Lawful Good Gargoyle sees that her master is planning to kidnap and rape some human in town, so she offers herself in their place. Maybe the Tremere didn't want to damage their relationship, maybe the Tremere forgot that the Gargoyle is also a person, maybe the Tremere has a special grudge against the humans. Either way, the Gargoyle really ought to make it worth her while.
Motive - Rape to Save Victim From Being Virgin Sacrifice - There's a small group of Tremere and Gargoyles who are stuck in a position where it would be more practical to just use a Gargoyle to do magic than to try and secretly kidnap someone. The Tremere rather likes this Gargoyle, and is quick to remove the Gargoyle from the list of candidates for the sacrifice. Whether this makes the sacrifice entirely implausible or they pick someone else in the group to kill is up to the writer.
DNW: Gargoyle is straight/asexual. Tremere can be low libido/generally straight if they're saving the Gargoyle from virgin sacrifice, for bonus angst about how the Tremere doesn't care about the Gargoyle as much as the Gargoyle cares about them, but otherwise I'd like her bi/lesbian as well.
